Forbidden:

1) gathering > 100 people.

2) meeting at home, in a closed or open-air location, > 4 persons.

3) gathering for private events, in a closed or open-air venue, > 4 people.

4) any ancillary activity of catering and drinking on the occasion of a gathering.

Permitted:

1) gatherings > 100 persons, for the exercise of the freedom to demonstrate.

6) events organised in a closed venue for activities open to a circulating public, for any number of participants (even > 4 persons).

7) gatherings for the use of public transport.
Conditions:
- Wearing a mask: yes (except for the driver when a distance of 2 m between the driver and the passengers is respected or a separation panel separates the driver from the passengers).

Counting:
100 persons: The following are not taken into account for the counting of these 100 persons: speakers, religious actors, sports actors and coaches, as well as theatre and film actors, musicians and dancers who are professionally active in the arts and who are on stage.
4 persons: Persons who are part of the household or who live in the same household are not taken into account for the counting of these 4 persons.

General exception to the wearing of masks and the obligation to distance oneself from the person.
1° minors under 6 years of age ;
2° persons in a situation of disability or presenting a pathology who are in possession of a medical certificate;
3° religious actors, speakers and sports actors when carrying out their activities;
4° theatre and film actors, musicians, dancers who exercise a professional artistic activity;
5° persons participating in school and extra-curricular activities.
