Forbidden:

1) Gathering > 100 people

2) Meeting at home, in a closed place or in the open air, with a number of people exceeding the number of hosts and 2 visitors

3) Gathering for private events, in a closed or open-air venue, with a number of people exceeding the number of hosts and 2 visitors

Permitted:

1) Gatherings > 100 persons, for the exercise of the freedom to demonstrate.

2) Gatherings > 100 people, on an external market.
Conditions:
- Wearing a mask: yes
- physical distance: no

3) Groups of 4 to 10 people.
Conditions:
- Wearing of mask: yes (also for supervisors)
- observation of a minimum distance of 2 m (except for persons who are members of the same household or cohabitants)

4) Groups of 11 to 100 people.
Conditions:
- Wearing of mask: yes (also for supervisors)
- seating assignment
- observation of a minimum distance of 2 m (except for persons who are members of the same household or cohabitants)

5) Meeting at home, in a closed or open-air venue, limited to the hosts and 2 visitors

The number of people should be limited:
- to the hosts, i.e. persons (1) who are members of the same household, (2) who cohabit or (3) who are in the home in the exercise of a right of visit and accommodation or in the exercise of alternating residences, and
- a maximum of 2 visitors, who must be part of the same household or live together
Conditions:

- Wearing a mask: no (but becomes obligatory if there are more than 4 people)

- physical distance: no

6) Meeting on the occasion of private events, in a closed or open-air venue, limited to the hosts and 2 visitors
The number of people should be limited:
- to guests, i.e. persons (1) who are members of the same household, (2) who cohabit or (3) who are in the home in the exercise of a right of access and accommodation or in the exercise of alternating residences, and
- a maximum of 2 visitors, who must be part of the same household or live together
Conditions:
- wearing a mask: no (but becomes obligatory if there are more than 4 people)

- physical distance: no

7) Events organised in a closed venue for activities open to a circulating public, for any number of participants.
Conditions:
- wearing a mask: yes
- physical distance: no

8) Use of public transport.
Terms and conditions:
- Wearing a mask: yes (except for the driver when a distance of 2 m between the driver and the passengers is respected or a separation panel separates the driver from the passengers).
- physical distance: no

Counting:
100 persons: The following are not taken into account for the counting of these 100 persons: speakers, cultural actors, as well as theatre and film actors, musicians and dancers who are professionally active in the arts and who are on stage.

General exception to the wearing of masks and the obligation to distance oneself from them
1° minors under 6 years of age;
2° persons with a disability or a pathology who are in possession of a medical certificate;
3° cultural actors and speakers in the exercise of their professional activities;
4° theatre and film actors, musicians, dancers who exercise a professional artistic activity;
5° persons participating in school and extra-curricular activities;
6° persons participating in physical activities on medical prescription;
7° elite sportsmen and women, senior national teams and their training partners and coaches.

General exception to the obligation to assign seats
1° exercise of the freedom to demonstrate ;
2° funerals
3° markets ;
4° museums, art centres ;
5° practice of authorised sports activities
